The AEPJ participated with a delegation
During the days 23, 24 and 25 of October, the conference Jewish heritage in the Digital Age was held in Venice, organized by Jewish Heritage Europe along with the Rothschild Foundation (Hanadiv) Europe and Beit Venezia, with a large number of actors related to the Jewish heritage arrived from different countries of Europe, Israel and the United States. Undoubtedly, the city of Venetto was an ideal framework to deal with a large number of issues related to Jewish heritage, such as the interpretation of Jewish sites, marketing, managing, work related to tourism, the future perspective, as well as presentations of projects that are being carried out. Key areas of discussion were the challenges and opportunities posed by Jewish heritage tourism and travel in Europe, both in places where there is an active local Jewish population and in places where there are sites of Jewish heritage but not organized Jewish community. To highlight also, the great participation of speakers specialized in the aforementioned topics.
The AEPJ participated with a delegation, Annie Sacerdoti and Victor Sorenssen, who made a presentation about the work carried out by the AEPJ in relation to heritage, as well as the projects in which we are working today.
